How soon can I receive an order?

Usual preparation time: Within 48 hours, subject to confirmation, subject to Casa Dough confirmation. Urgent requests are welcome but not guaranteed.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes. The minimum retail order is three pieces across any available flavours.

How do I pay?

Pay in cash at delivery or pickup, in USD or the LBP equivalent at the rate Casa Dough confirms.

Can I change or cancel a confirmed order?

No. Once Casa Dough confirms an order, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

What happens if there is a problem?

Contact Casa Dough promptly through WhatsApp. Every genuine concern is reviewed and handled individually.

Can I collect my order?

Yes. Pickup is available by appointment in Beirut. The exact location is shared after confirmation.
