Casa Dough began with Salama's instinct to turn familiar ingredients into generous, memorable treats. What started in the family kitchen became a small Beirut bakery built around care, curiosity and the comfort of something made at home.
Salama leads the baking and the day-to-day creation. Her sisters and family support Casa Dough in different ways — offering ideas, feedback, encouragement and creative help behind the scenes — without pretending that everyone plays the same role.
